Placing an order (Ready-to-order Collection)
How do I place an order?
You can find all the steps on our HOW? page. If you have any additional enquiries, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply within 48 hours (unless it's a weekend!).
What is the minimum quantity that I can order?
We've revised our minimum quantity. The minimum quantity available is 50 pieces.
What will my order include?
Every order will include single-sided printed cards – printed on our signature card stocks (300gsm), and matching white envelopes (130gsm).
How do I make a payment?
We accept bank transfers.
How do I know the quality that I’ll be getting?
We believe that an informed decision is always the
best decision! Because of that, we encourage you to order a sample pack so you will be able to see the type of card stock
and printing quality that we offer.
Can I preview the designs in different colours without
making an order?
Unfortunately you can only preview the designs after you
make an order.
Can I print on a different paper?
We believe in giving the best quality whilst still making it accessible. So currently, we've narrowed it down to 1 type of paper (our signature card-stock which we're super happy about!) for our ready-to-order (RTO) collection.
Can I change the font offered on a design?
Yes you can! We will provide a selection of fonts and colours
for you to choose from.
Bespoke Services (Custom order)
What are Bespoke Services?
You can custom-order your cards with our Bespoke Services. Here, we offer a consultancy service where you'll be able to
share your ideas with us, and have a more extensive selection
of fonts, papers and printing methods. Basically, your
invitation will be designed according to your exact
specification. The sky's the limit!
To add to that, if you fancy any of our RTO designs but would like to personalise it further, you can do this with our bespoke service.
Proofing and printing information
Will I get a printed proof?
You will only get a digital proof.
What is a digital proof?
A digital proof is a file emailed to you in PDF with the chosen design, text and colour(s). It is very important for you to check these proofs thoroughly before sending them for print.
How many proofs will I get after I make an order?
You will get a total of 4 digital proofs which includes the final proof. There will be a charge of RM50/- for additional proofs.
Can I make more changes after I approve the final proof?
You will only be able to make changes to spelling errors within 24 hours of approving the final proof. We will not be able to make any other changes after.
What printing methods do you offer?
All of our ready-to-order cards are offset printed. Offset printing produces consistent high quality images. We also offer other print finishes such as foil-stamping, embossing and debossing, to name a few.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?
You can expect your cards within 14 working days after the final approval of your proof (for local orders). For international orders, please enquire within.
What are your delivery methods?
Your freshly printed items can be collected from us. Alternatively, deliveries can be made for an additional cost if you're within the Klang Valley. For orders beyond the Klang Valley, deliveries will be made by registered courier.

Can I cancel an order?
We are only able to cancel orders without charge BEFORE the digital proofs are sent. Once the proofs are sent, we will not be able to return the deposit paid. If you have submitted the final approval of your proofs and the printing process has started, you will be charged the full amount and unfortunately no refunds can be made.
